Speech is presumed allowed. This is house law for a discussion board — not a license, not a marketplace, and not a catalog of what may be sold. The board does not list, rate, escrow, broker, hold funds, take a cut, or guarantee any deal. What this charter does not name is not thereby legal where you live.

Privacy is the default. No real name, selfie, or KYC required to post. Handle your own opsec.
Freedom of speech. Argue, dissent, criticize projects, staff, and orthodoxy. Unpopular views stay up. Speech is judged by the post, not by who is offended.
Trade talk is speech. Members may discuss peer-to-peer exchange and point to third-party escrow they choose themselves. This board is not your escrow, bank, broker, shop, or counterparty.
Bright lines. These are not speech and not debate: child sexual abuse material of any kind, including fictional or AI depictions of anyone under 18; sex trafficking and ads for it; assassination, hits, and murder-for-hire. Ban. CSAM is reported. The board does not host, index, or tolerate those.
No porn. House ban, not the same as statute 4. Adult porn is removed as taste and hygiene. CSAM is a crime and a reporting duty.
No fraud. Fake wallets, fake support, fake admins, phishing, exit scams: ban. Proof stays on the record.
No doxxing. Do not publish another person’s private data, family, or identity as a weapon.
No impersonation. Do not pretend to be staff, a project, a wallet, or another member.
No stolen data, no malware. Card dumps, hacked databases, dox packs, and weaponized files are not “privacy.” Removed. Repeat = ban.
One law. Old accounts and new accounts take the same penalty. Years here are not a peerage.

Procedure

Staff act on the post as written, not on rumor, “everyone knows,” or a pile of reports.

Alts. One voice unless staff knows the other accounts. Sockpuppets used to report, rate, or second yourself get every related account closed.

Paid posts say so. Hidden shilling is treated as fraud-adjacent.

No secret court. Restrict or ban someone and staff posts the statute, the posts, and the penalty. Trust, merit, and red marks — if they ever exist — are decoration, not a verdict. Brigades and whisper campaigns are punished.

Off-topic stays in Off-topic. Spam and bots get removed. Appeals go in Meta, once.

This charter does not say what may be sold. It does not legalize anything. Members own their words and their deals. Staff removes statute 4 because a free board that hosts those stops being a board and becomes a target.
